Five valley forge notes

NAK designs inc. Has been busy forging away on multiple projects lately.

This forged iron and wrought iron gate bi folds to create two different openings.  All joints where done by hand.

Each job requires new tooling to make it.  The amount of problem solving to get the end result is one of my favorite parts of the job.   This hand rail had a lot of problems to solve so that code was meet and the clients design desires where meet.
These 1/2 x 2 1/2” bars have been measured twice marked then forged to receive 3/4” maple ply wood shelves. The base of the legs where upset before the 3/4” notches where made.
