The walnut and maple stools with iron bases were designed for the Murphy/Stephens home in Missoula, MT to complement the full kitchen remodel that NAK Designs, Inc. has recently completed.

Black walnut and maple was used for the stool tops for congruence with the dining room table and flooring respectively.  NAK Designs, Inc. drew inspiration for the design of the forged iron stool base from the baseboards, door pulls and other custom designed elements in the Murphy/Stephens kitchen.

This project is a prime example of the capabilities of NAK Designs, Inc. from concept, to fabrication, to installation, to transform an area into a warm, inviting, functional space.
